Class of 2006 5 Year Reunion 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. – Cocktails & Dinner in the HOH Wall Street ForumJohn J. Mack, Chairman of Morgan Stanley, addressed an audience of over 250 alumni, parents and friends at Fordham Prep’s Twelfth Annual Wall Street Forum and Luncheon, which was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Yale Club of New York on Wednesday, May 12th. The story, complete with photographs, will appear in the forthcoming issue of Ramview. Principal's Contract RenewedPrep President Rev. Kenneth Boller, S.J. has announced that he has renewed Principal Robert Gomprecht's contract for the next three years. "I continue to be grateful to Bob for his selfless leadership of the Prep and look forward to collaborating with him in the years ahead." Alumni Hall - We're Almost There!A few years ago, we started to work on a project to recreate the graduation class pictures that were found on the walls of Hughes Hall. As their Senior Internship, John O'Reilly `07 and Sean Page `07, scanned the graduate pictures from all of the Prep yearbooks to create the digital files that are used to create the class posters. Thanks to the generosity of Prep alumni, we are proud to report that the class posters for the classes of 1929, 1932, 1933, 1936, 1937, 1944 - 2010 will be in Alumni Hall by the November 4, 2010 Alumni Dinner.
We are hoping to find donors who might want to contribute to have the class posters of following classes take their place in Alumni Hall: 1930, 1931, 1934, 1935, 1938, 1939 , 1940, 1942, 1943
If you would like to sponsor a class poster for one of the classes that does not have a class poster, please contact the Alumni Office, by e-mail at alumnioffice@fordhamprep.org or by telephone at 718-367-7500 ext. 208. Brooklyn Prep's Ninth Annual Golf OutingThe Brooklyn Prep Alumni Association will hold its Ninth Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the Knollwood Country Club in Elmsford, NY. To receive a brochure about the outing, please contact the Alumni Office at alumnioffice@fordhamprep.org. All proceeds from the outing benefit the Rev. John D. Alexander, S.J. | EventsThe Annual Golden Rams Memorial Mass & Luncheon  Date: October 01, 2010 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM All Golden Rams, alumni who have celebrated the 50th anniversary of their Prep graduation, are invited to attend the Annual Golden Rams Memorial Mass and Luncheon. This event will serve as the reunion event for the Classes of 1955, 1950, 1945 & 1940. Invitations will be mailed in August. Annual Alumni Memorial Mass & Dinner Date: November 04, 2010 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM A question that is frequently asked when we meet with alumni, both locally and nationally, is “Whatever happened to the Alumni Dinner that was always held in the Spring?” We are happy to report that the Alumni Dinner is now an annual event held yearly on the first Thursday of November. The 2010 Alumni Memorial Mass and Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, November 4, 2010. Details will be mailed in September. THE ALUMNI DINNER LIVES! And you are invited to attend.
